Meeting Sponsor Policy

(rates beginning in 2015)
*Associate Member Sponsorship
Platinum Sponsor: $1,800.00 both locations
Gold Sponsor: $1,300.00 one location
Silver Sponsor: $1,000.00 one location
All Sponsor company logos will be displayed throughout the meeting on an overhead screen and your company biography of your services will be announced by the meeting facilitator to the audience. We suggest biographies be limited to 50 words. See grid attached for benefits of sponsorship.
A table will be made available for Platinum and Gold sponsors only to display your information materials and promotional items. Items such as candy, nuts, or popcorn for the afternoon are very popular audience items and are appreciated!
In addition, Platinum and Gold sponsor only logos will be acknowledged in the Meeting Agenda flyer which is mailed and/or emailed to the membership. Up to four platinum and or gold sponsors per meeting will be permitted.
- Platinum sponsors will be provided 2 admissions at each location.
- Gold sponsors will be provided 2 admissions at one location.
- Silver sponsors will be provided 1 admission at one location
Checks are to be made payable to COSIPA by the following dates and mailed to the current COSIPA Treasurer or, use PayPal on our website at www.cosipa.org
- Spring (March) Sponsors due January 5th
- Summer (June) Sponsors due March 5th
- Fall Sponsors (October) due July 5th
