Sponsor company logos (Platinum, Gold, and Bronze) will be displayed throughout the meeting on an overhead screen. The Refreshment Sponsor logo will be displayed during the opening of the meeting. The company biography of services for the Platinum, Gold, and Bronze sponsors will be announced to the audience by the meeting facilitator. We suggest biographies be limited to 50 words. See grid attached for benefits of sponsorship.

You have the option of making your own introductory announcement of your company and services to the audience. Let the General Manager know in advance, and you will be invited to the lectern to introduce your company. We ask that you keep your comments to a maximum of two minutes.

Refreshment sponsors will have a display plaque with their company logo visible during the breakfast or lunch service.

A six (6) foot rectangular table will be available for the Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels to display your company information, materials, and promotional items. Items such as candy, nuts, or popcorn are popular afternoon treats, appreciated by the attendees. If you desire to hold your own raffle and collect business cards, we will provide time for you to give away your prize at the end of the day. We ask that all winners must be present to receive the prize. We encourage your participation in our end of the day raffle which we restrict to claims adjusters, supervisors, and managers. Put your business card on the door prize for recognition.

Sponsor logos are displayed on the Meeting Agenda flyer which is sent to the membership.

 Platinum sponsors are provided with 2 admissions at each location.

 Gold sponsors are provided with 2 admissions at one location.

 Bronze sponsors are provided with 1 admission at one location.

All sponsors may become a Table Host by purchasing eight (8) attendee seats at a discounted rate of $1,200.00.

COSIPA offers discounted overnight hotel accommodations.

 Platinum, Gold, and Bronze sponsors will be offered a block code for the hotel to access discounted rates, upon request, should you desire an overnight stay at your expense. Hotel cancellation fees are your responsibility. If the hotel cannot provide a block code, we will secure the rooms for your payment upon arrival. We need the names of any overnight guests at least 1 month in advance of the event to guarantee a lower rate.

Upon email agreement to sponsor, an invoice will be provided. Payment can be made by check, payable to COSIPA, Attn: COSIPA Treasurer, 18627 Brookhurst Street, Box 206, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, or request a PayPal invoice to pay by credit card. Payment must be received by the specific date noted on the invoice for your company logo to be included on the Meeting Agenda flyer.

Door prizes are welcomed by our sponsors for the end of the day raffle, limited to public agencies and adjusters only! Your participation is welcomed in our door prize raffle, in addition to any separate drawing you may be offering.
