A Letter From The President

Important announcement

To our COSIPA members,

We want all of you to know we are all keeping all of those affected by the disastrous wildfires in our thoughts. This is an extremely challenging time; no words can express our sincerest empathy.

A COSIPA board member has been affected by this devastating event. If you are interested and able to donate, please go to www.gofundme.com. If you would like the name(s) of the board member(s) affected, you are welcome to contact one of the board members for further information.

The COSIPA Spring events will be on April 3rd, 2025, at the Hilton in Concord and again on May 1st , 2025, at the Westin at South Coast Plaza.

Our topics will be timely in nature, including CMS & Medicare Penalties; Structured Settlements: Case Law Updates and may include a session on managing cases with Multiple QME’s.

We are also working on a Webinar for the Summer with topics of Computing Wage Statements & Average Weekly Wage and/or Lower Extremity/Spine Injuries. The online seminar will be free to COSIPA members.

We hope to see you all in the Spring, and please remember to renew your COSIPA membership soon if you have not already.

Thank you all for your membership and continued support of COSIPA! We genuinely appreciate all of you!

Sincerely,
